Terms & Conditions

1. Participation and Liability Release

1.1. Participation in our soccer camps involves physical activity that carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, and property damage.
1.2. By registering, participants and their guardians/parents (if applicable) acknowledge and accept these risks.
1.3. You agree to release Krafty+SILVY Soccer Camps, its owners, trainers, staff, affiliates, and partners from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from participation in the camp, including but not limited to injury, illness, or property damage, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
1.4. Participants and their guardians/parents are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit to participate in camp activities.

2. No Refund Policy

2.1. All registration fees are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation due to weather, illness, or personal scheduling conflicts.
2.2. Credits for future camps may be issued at the sole discretion of Krafty+SILVY Soccer Camps in cases of camp cancellation initiated by the organizers.

3. Behavior and Conduct

3.1. Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and adhere to all rules and instructions provided by camp staff.
3.2. Krafty+SILVY Soccer Camps reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose behavior is deemed disruptive or unsafe, without a refund.

4. Photo and Video Release

4.1. By participating, you grant Krafty+SILVY Soccer Camps the right to use photos and videos of participants for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
4.2. If you wish to opt out of photo/video usage, please notify Krafty+SILVY Soccer Camps in writing before the start of the camp.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

5.1. Krafty+SILVY Soccer Camps reserves the right to cancel or reschedule camps due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, low enrollment, or venue availability.
5.2. In the event of cancellation by Krafty+SILVY Soccer Camps, participants may receive a credit toward future camps.

6. Medical Emergencies

6.1. In the event of a medical emergency, camp staff will make every effort to contact the participant's emergency contact.
6.2. Participants and guardians authorize camp staff to seek medical treatment in an emergency and agree to bear all associated costs.

7. Governing Law

7.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7.2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County Superior Court.

By registering for our soccer camps, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
